Product Change Management

• As the pillar lead, I lead and execute all product changes for specific Azure platforms in order to drive consistent and stronger stakeholder relationships as well as quality in our products.

  • Impact: 8% decrease in change failure rate for my pillar

Data Analysis & Quality Initiatives

• I leverage Power BI and available data to visualize and analyze data that is crucial to our process.

• I lead multiple initiatives in order to improve data quality/reliability.

Early in Career - Continuous Improvement Lead

• In order to contribute to the Azure Early in Career (EIC) mission of building and maintaining a diverse talent pipeline of early-in-career FTEs, my EIC team and I send out a survey to gather & analyze data about current early-in-careers, and leading discussions with the Microsoft leadership teams for program visibility and resources.
